We understand that items purchased online can not be viewed in person, so before placing an order for an item you are unsure of, please contact us for more information. We will do our best to get you the info you need. If in the case of the wrong items being shipped or the merchandise arrives damaged or in non-working order please contact us immediately. Upon our receipt of the damaged product a new product will be shipped out at no additional charge. Refused orders are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee with no refund for shipping. Prices are subject to change and customers will be notified of increases prior to shipping.

Ordering
When placing an order, please do not use Post Office Boxes for delivery. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes and the response time to get an address from you will just delay shipping.

Delivery Times
Delivery time will depend on availability of the products requested. Unfortunately due to the number of parts we have access to, we are unable to have all our products in stock, but most of our suppliers will drop ship items directly to you or us within a week. Once the product is received, deliveries within the U.S. usually arrive within 3-10 days. All orders are shipped via UPS, and books shipped USPS Media Mail, unless otherwise requested. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you once the order is processed and will provide you with a tracking number and an ETA for delivery.
